TERMS AND CONDITIONS
SALE METHOD: Tracts #1, #2 & #3 will be offered as individual tracts and will not be combined. Tract #1 will be sold as 138 acres m/l, Tract #2 will be sold as 52 acres m/l and Tract #3 will be sold as 38 acres m/l.
IMPROVEMENTS: Tract #1 has 2 metal storage bins in the NE corner of the property. These bins are property of the tenant, so they are not being sold with the property, but most likely will stay with the property. These bins will be reserved for the tenant until July 1, 2023. Other improvements on all tracts are field drainage tile and perimeter fence. Please note that all gates and cattle feeders are the property of the tenant and are not a part of this sale.
