FARM LEASE: The subject properties are open for 2020. Present owner would rent the farm for 2020, but this rental is not mandatory.

SALE METHOD: Tract #1 will be sold as 50 acres m/l and Tract #2 will be sold as 120 acres m/l.

IMPROVEMENTS: Tract #1: The subject property has a pole building south of the acreage. The acreage is not part of the sale. The balance of the improvements are field drainage tile and perimeter fence. Tract #2: The subject property is unimproved except for field drainage tile and perimeter fence.

TAXES: Tract #1: $992/yr. Tract #2: $2,642/yr. Taxes will be prorated to date of closing.
