SALE METHOD: This property will be sold as three individual tracts of 80 acres each. Winning bidder will get the choice of either Tract #1, #2 or #3 or they can elect to take any or all parcels for the winning bid, based on a per acre basis.
THE TRACTS ARE AS FOLLOWS:
Tract #1-(80 acres)-S1/2 SE1/4 of 23-89-19, with an average CSR2 of 92.2. Property taxes are $2916/year.
Tract #2-(80 acres)-N1/2 SE1/4 of 23-89-19, with an average CSR2 of 90.6. Property taxes are $2056/year.
